I'm pretty disappointed that I've not been able to use my MicroConsole since getting it for Xmas. My eyes are going square looking at computer screens trying to resolve this. I'm not able to connect directly as I don't have a TV near my internet hub.

Attempt 1

I have gone into 'Settings'>>'Network Test' and the 'Network Test Results' brings back the following; Ethernet Link: Ok, IP Address: No DHCP, LANBlank),InternetBlank), OnLive IP: Unable to verify.

So the routers don't seem to work for me....

Attempt 2
I tried creating a wired bridge from my desktop PC to the Micro Console. Again I entered the network test. I had details in the IP Address field this time but 'No Ping' in the Lan and Internet fields.

Creating the bridge seemed to make my web connection unstable on my PC. It was disconnected or was running very slow.

Is there anything else I can try to resolve this? Can my IP(SKY) do anything?

I have already contacted support who sent me back two different responses about the routers being the problem and also to try unplugging the power supply for 15 seconds before reconnecting.

Help!
